Please verify you have taken all belongings. It is common to forget clothes in the washer/dryer.

     Confirm your flight status with your airline. If you are being picked-up by a car service you
           should also confirm your pick-up.

     All beds that were used during your stay should be left unmade.

     All doors and windows should be locked.

     All heating/cooling appliances, all lights, and others in the house are turned off.

     All dishes, pots and pans used during your stay should be cleaned and returned to their
           places in the cabinets. The dishwasher should be free of all dishes.

     Please remove and discard all food that you acquired during your stay from the refrigerator.

     The inside garbage should be moved to the garbage cans inside the garage.

     The air conditioning should be set at 80 degrees when leaving at all times. The heating
           (if needed) should be set to 70 degrees when leaving at all times.
